Trendy Pinterest dinners.

Women everywhere are flocking to the latest big thing to happen in social media: Pinterest. One of the fads to come out of the social networking site is pinterest theme dinner. I attempted such a dinner. An appetizer: avocado fries. A main course: Carrabba's Champagne Chicken. And dessert: Apple Ice Creams with Caramel. Two of three turned out well.

The entree and dessert turned out exactly like the pictures. The avocado fries.. not so much. We followed the recipe exactly and yet they were barely edible. Maybe my love for avocados doesn't extend to avocado fries. Or maybe avocado fries just don't taste quite as good as they look on Pinterest.
