Foodie Friday: Fried Bananas

One of my favorite snacks: fried bananas. My parents didn't keep many sweets in the house growing up so after dinner we often ended up making dessert out of whatever fruit was available. 



1. Melt butter with brown sugar and a little bit of caramel.
2. Cut bananas into small pieces.
3. Add bananas to the butter/brown sugar mixture.
4. Flip banana pieces and cook until they reach the consistency you want.
